Reading the blog and seeing your photos reminds me of the days when I lived in Moscow. I should have sent you my list of favorite Russian restaurants that even an American would enjoy! So glad that the adoption went off without a hitch. Now we can't wait to meet Nadya (is her full name Nadyezhda, or is it just Nadya?) and welcome this malenkaya rooskaya dyevotchka into our family. Welcome home to everyone!
I am a part time teacher working primarily with 4th, 5th, and 6th grade advanced students. My husband and I have FOUR kids together (and we are done!). Hallie is in 6th grade and is my step-daughter and together we have two boys- Alex, age 6 and Carter age 5. We added Nadya to the mix in August of 2007. Nadya is 11and is in 5th grade. We adopted her from Russia after meeting her on a mission trip. Life is crazy and we are just living it one day at a time. Feel free to follow along. This is just a place for us to record our memories so I can transform my blog into a blurb book and a place for our family to stay connected. If you want to follow along feel free!
